All shipping will be via Canada Post unless otherwise specified during ordering
RETURNS
Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Product returns 30-90 days may be accepted under special circumstances, and are subject to approval. If accepted, they will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT, PLEASE EMAIL: customerservice@trax2treadz.com FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
When emailing, please have your invoice information ready and returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition and in it's original packaging with ALL original tags still attached to the item.
*All returns are subject to approval*. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted. The following items are non-returnable: performance parts, electrical parts and special order items. All unclaimed, or refused COD parcels will be subject to a service charge equal to twice the shipping charge amount (to cover costs to ship the parcel both ways).
